You know you want to be a champion in your chosen sport whether you are an individual athlete or part of a team.
Some days you feel like nothing is going to happen for you to become the champion you desire to be.
Below are some tips to help you on your way.
- Be clear about why you want to be a champion.
- Be clear about what it takes to be a champion.
- Have a positive mental attitude at all times. You can do this by looking for the positives in the negative things that has happened to you. In other words what have you learnt from the negative situations to help you achieve being/staying a champion?
- Be flexible. Change your approach if something is not working.
- Get support from a mentor (someone who is a champion) or qualified person who can help you strengthen your weak areas so that you achieve your goals at a faster rate.
