Any cricket player who wants to improve their performance and remain consistent can do so. Something that helps cricketers is mental preparation coaching which I use with athletes from all sports with great results.
I had taken my son to cricket where his team was playing a practice game against another cricket team who were due to play in a competition semi-finals 3 days later.
I was in conversation with the coach and he stated that his team wanted to improve their performance going into that game. I told him about my work and that a 30 minute group session could have them relaxed and improve their performance.
We did the mental preparation coaching session the afternoon before the match. Below is the result of that 30 minute group coaching session.

"Christine Morris had a session with the St. Andrew Prep School Cricket team, and she was well prepared and professional and by her conversational style delivery the kids expressed their concerns and said "that her session really helped them feel relaxed and focused" going into the semi final match the next day.
We played the semi finals but lost out to the defending champions, who also went on to win the competition. But it was our best performance so far because they were relaxed and focused in the game and it seems the session with Christine Morris helped them perform better as a team."

So from a 30 minute group mental coaching session the team had their best performance of the season.
The administrator of the school was at that session and said she wished she had known about my services earlier.
One on one coaching can also be done for individuals who want to correct technical errors, improve focus, improve batting etc.
